Most crash tooling is excellent at counting and grouping failures. Teams still struggle to decide which clusters deserve the next sprint when volume and severity diverge.
Datarelaycore sits between product, engineering, and support. We translate telemetry into impact briefs with journey context, cohort notes, and recovery observations that release owners can defend.
We work on-site in Bangkok when useful and remotely across Thailand when cadence matters more than a conference room.
