Client project data

Telemetry and documents you share during an engagement are processed only to deliver that engagement, under confidentiality terms in our agreement. We do not use client crash data to train public models or for unrelated marketing.

Retention

Inquiry messages are kept up to 24 months unless a longer period is needed for an active relationship or legal obligation. Project archives follow the retention period in the statement of work, or 36 months by default.

Sharing

We may use processors for email, hosting, and analytics under contracts that require appropriate protection. We disclose information when required by law or to protect rights and safety.

International transfers

Our primary operations are in Thailand. If a processor stores data elsewhere, we take reasonable steps to ensure comparable protection.
